Mommy Turns 30!

Yes, about a month ago (Dec. 17th) I turned the big 30. I am just a little late with the blog. The day started off with Brent telling me to be ready at 10:45. He told me to drive (which isn't unusual). He and OG then got out of the car. There I found a note and the wonderful head piece. The note told me to follow the Navigation System to 3 different locations. He had programed each location into the navigation system. My first destintion took me to Pinera Bread. I met Keri and then my very best friend Jo Ann and Amber surprised me and came from Little Rock. Needless to say I was totally excited. We ate lunch and then proceeded to destination #2. The car led us to Nu You to have massages. Then we went to our destination #3, which was to get manicures and pedicures. I was just blown away that Brent had planned all of this. Brent also told me that I could not come home until 6:30. So I knew he had something else planned. So the girls and I went shopping. So at 6:30 we headed to our house. As I drove up I saw many cars in the driveway. The one I noticed immediatley was my sisters. We went in to find my mom, sister, and nephew. Plus all of Brent's family and our friends. All of the kids were down the street with a babysitter. Brent prepared a sit down dinner for 20 people. It was so beautiful and wonderful. Needles to say, I had a wonderful 30th birthday. Thanks so much Brent!

Olivia Grace Talks to Santa

She did it!! We were so proud that Olivia Grace sat in Santa's lap. We had been to the mall SEVERAL times to get familiar with Santa. So we waited to the last week to go see him before Christmas. And of course, we waited until Olivia Grace had a beautiful black eye. Oh well! We will always remember these pictures with Santa. Olivia Grace asked Santa for a baby.

Happy Birthday Jesus Party

Olivia Grace went to a Happy Birthday Jesus party at Caleb and Noah's house. Mrs. Lisa told the Christmas story to the kids. Then we sang Christmas songs and played instruments. We all then sang "Happy Birthday" to Jesus. The kids all helped to blow the candles out on the cake. We hope to make this a yearly tradition.
