Happy Birthday Jesus
Yesterday we had a Happy Birthday Jesus party. It was with many of our neighborhood friends. We had it at a church because our group as gotten so large (which is great). The kids heard the story of Jesus' birth. Then they had a craft and sang songs (Happy Birthday to Jesus and Christmas carols). To help celebrate we had some yummy cupcakes. This is so great for the kids to learn the TRUE meaning of Christmas.
The picture of OG shushing, is of her telling Carter Wayne to be quiet during the story. I think she may be a "little" bossy like her Mommy!!! Surely Not!!

Christmas Cookie Party
Today we had our 3rd Annual Christmas Cookie party. Several of Olivia Grace's best buddies came over for lunch and cookies. The kids always love decorating cookies. I think it is a race to see who can get the most icing on their cookie. I had fun with all of the mommies too. Thanks for the great birthday presents and bringing food. And a big thank you to our entertainer Parker. He sang many wonderful songs.
Branson
Last weekend we took Olivia Grace to Silver Dollar City. We had a wonderful time riding all the rides. Olivia Grace didn't even ride the "kiddy" rides. She rode all of the older kid rides. She loved riding on the Pirate Ship. Brent and I could both ride on that with her. She thought that was too cool. She laughed and squealed the whole time. We loved the light parade. It was a great weekend together.

Train Ride with Santa
I'm just a little behind on our blogging. A couple of weeks ago we went on a train ride with Santa. The Morris family joined us and we had a terrific time even though we had to wait in the COLD for over an hour. Olivia Grace and Parker weren't too excited to get close to Santa. However, OG loved Mrs. Claus.

Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving this year was a little different for us. Brent was on call on Thanksgiving day, so we had to stay in town. We did not spend the day with family, but our neighbors (the Hart's) invited us to spend the day with their family. We had a great lunch and OG got to play with Claire and Cooper. We are so thankful for ALL of the wonderful friends we have made in NWA. We are blessed.
On Friday (after Thanksgiving) we headed down to Little Rock to Gigi's house. Mamaw and Papaw where there until Saturday. On Saturday we went over to Aunt Ellen and Uncle Stewart's to have lunch with Dukes and Pop. We were so glad to get to spend time with our Pop (he has terminal cancer). He felt pretty good that day. We had to visit our Nana in the hospital. She has been pretty sick lately. We are very thankful that she is now home. Olivia Grace loved playing with her cousin Jordan. While we were in LR we were able to spend some time with our friends Jay, Kelley, Anna Caroline, and Lauren Elizabeth.
