Now for some happy news! Olivia Grace is going to be a BIG sister!!! I am almost 7 weeks along. I have been feeling pretty good, just tired!! We told OG that she was going to be a big sister and then gave her a Waterbaby. I think she was a little more excited about the new baby doll. But we know she is excited about being a BIG sister. She had been talking about wanting a baby for a while now. When you ask OG what she wants she says a baby sister!! She is very sure about that. When we tell her it could be a boy she says, "NO I want a baby sister!" So we will see! My due date is January 22, 2010. We are praying for a healthy baby.I am so glad that we had already found out that we were expecting before Nana and Granddad passed away. Nana was so excited. She called everyone she knew. She was worried that we were not going to have any more. Granddad was very happy for us as well.
Congrats!!! I'm so happy for ya'll. If you could hold out until the 23rd though, that would be great....that's my birthday!!! LOL!! OG will be a great big sister!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!! I will keep you in my prayers! When that time comes for us our daughter has also 'requested' a baby sister and protests the possibility of a boy as well, haha! Sometimes she tells people I have a baby in my belly, which is quite embarrassing, because I do not. I am waiting for the time when someone says "Oh, i thought you looked pregnant"

ReplyDeleteI have been checking your blog recently anticipating this announement. So glad the time is here!!! Congratulations. I PROMISE, the 2nd is SOOOOO much easier. Can't wait to find out if it's a sister or brother. You would have a lot of dun with 2 girls; then you could make them mathcing dresses (good job on the sewing). We would love to see you guys sometime!
